Learn To Make Sauerkraut

Learn to make Sauekraut with us and make sure your gut health is in tip top shape! We will be harvesting cabbage straight from our garden, preparing it together and if you bring a jar you can take some home! This will be loads of fun at the gardens and a good chance to meet and talk to others in a beautiful setting. 

Carolyn from Purple Cat and Raw Balance fame is an expert in preparing raw food and this ensures you are absorbing 100% of it's nutritional content. Sauerkraut is a rich source of probiotics and vitamins. It can aid  digestion, boost immunity, and provide other health benefits. It’s also  easy to make!

Starts at 5.30pm and runs for an hour or so.
