Our Programmes

Taupo Timebank runs hands-on programmes that grow skills, confidence, and community connection:

• Young Pioneers: Outdoor education for ages 6–11, exploring bushcraft, gardening, and practical life skills.

• Upskillz: Aimed at school leavers, this course introduces power tools, carpentry, mechanics, cooking, and more.

• Tremains Trade School: A free 6-week intake of Upskillz for school leavers and young people, sponsored by Tremains.

• DIY For Life: Workshops for adults to learn practical skills in building, gardening, and self-sufficiency.

• Grow Together: Team-building experiences for businesses, combining sustainability with hands-on learning in our gardens.

Together these programmes empower people of all ages to learn, share, and support each other.
