About the event
Join us for an engaging and informative Meat Canning Workshop, where participants will learn the art and science of preserving meat through canning. This hands-on workshop is designed for individuals of all skill levels who are interested in extending the shelf life of fresh meat, sure to come in handy!
By the end of the workshop, participants will have the confidence and knowledge to preserve their own meat, how to flavour and add other ingredients and how not to blow yourself up.
The workshop will be run by Selina Thompson and is sure to be a bit of fun!
