📌 Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policy ✅ Booking Confirmation * Your spot is confirmed once full payment is received. * An email confirmation with event details will be sent upon successful booking. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds * Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the workshop start time are eligible for a full refund. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop are non-refundable. * To cancel, please contact us via info@taupotimebank.org with your booking details. 🚫 No-Shows * Failure to attend the workshop without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. 🔁 Rescheduling * Rescheduling requests made 24 hours or more before the workshop will be accommodated based on availability. * Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the workshop cannot be guaranteed and may be treated as cancellations. 📋 Waitlist Policy * If the workshop is fully booked, you may join our waitlist by contacting us. * Should a spot become available, we will contact individuals on the waitlist in the order they joined. * Once contacted, you will have 12 hours to confirm your spot before it is offered to the next person on the list.
